About Us:
Quantum-Systems is at the forefront of autonomous, AI-powered aerial robotics globally. Our Australian subsidiary, Quantum-Systems Australia, operates in the Defence, Security, and Commercial markets, specialising in Uncrewed Aerial Vehicles (UAS) in the Asia-Pacific region.
Summary:
This position will provide pivotal supply chain management services, including defining, reviewing and analysing system requirements for enhancements/modifications for supportability by providing input to project/program plans and deliverables.
Additionally, the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist will assist in the development, review and modification of procedures for the ILS function, and undertake inherent daily supply tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned supply items, including spares and repairable items, and conduct inventory assessments.
- Coordinate customer material and delivery requirements, tracking and processing orders, and handling material returns.
- Identify supply chain alternatives to address issues and discrepancies, engaging in supply management planning and support performance reviews.
- Maintain relationships with key supply chain stakeholders in the global Quantum-Systems business, particularly focusing on customers in the APAC region.
- Conduct in-process quality checks, ensuring adherence to established quality standards.
- Provides ILS input to project/program plans and deliverables.
- Import and Export of freight.
- Coordinate stores movement.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience integrated logistics, stock analysis and forecasting, preferably within the Defence environment for repairable and non-repairable items.
- Australian Citizenship and ability to hold a Baseline Security Clearance.
- Demonstrated experience in supply process improvements.
- Dangerous Goods (DG) licence.
- Understanding of Australian Defence Force Electronic Supply Chain Manual.
- Inventory Management experience at a Defence District or Global Level.
- Forklift licence.
