Registered Architect/Project Lead

About us

QOH Architects is a medium sized Architectural practice spread across offices in Sydney and Newcastle, with a range of current educational and commercial projects across the ACT, Sydney, Hunter and Illawarra regions. Offering our clients a full Architectural service including master planning, documentation through to complete contract administration and project management.

At QOH we engage with our clients (and their projects) to collaboratively explore their needs and aspirations; to create innovative, adaptable architectural solutions. We focus on the delivery of project development which is responsive to the project’s physical, social and economic parameters.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Responsible to the Nominated Architects/ Directors for the design, documentation and co-ordination of projects carried out individually or by the team, to meet budget and deadline constraints.
• Using ArchiCAD, hand drawing, detailing and providing project administration.
• Appropriate knowledge and experience in architectural concepts, practices, procedures, final documents, specifications, quality standards/control, materials and construction practices.

Qualifications and experience

• 3+ years post graduate experience
• ArchiCAD experience preferred, not essential
• Well-developed detailing, documentation & project co-ordination skills
• Sound understanding of local codes and statutory requirements
