About the role:

Are you an Accounts Assistant looking for the next step up in your career? Or perhaps you’ve been working in an AR/AP role for a few years, and now you’re looking for the next challenge? If so, this could be the exciting opportunity you’ve been waiting for!

Puretec is on the lookout for a talented and motivated individual to join our Finance team.

Located in our SA (Lonsdale 5160) office, you’ll be responsible for:

-Accurate invoice processing and accounts payable management

-Assisting with credit control, including follow up by phone and email

-Other minor accounts payable duties, including credit cards and employee reimbursements

-Assisting with financial and spend analysis

-Adhoc reporting

-Assisting the finance team with their needs and other ad hoc duties as required

About you:

To be successful in this role, you’ll need a few years of demonstrated experience. Ideally, coming from a Junior Accounting role, or you will have spent the past few years in AR/AP.

You will also need:

-Proven experience in managing competing workloads and the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment – things can move quickly in our business, so grit, resilience, and determination are traits that will ensure your success

-An all-rounder who can assist the team with a keen eye for detail

-Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport, trust, and communicate confidently

-A high level of attention to detail and time management skills

-Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
