You’ll be shoulder-to-shoulder with your teams, coaching, supporting, and even jumping in to complete repairs when needed. Leading from the front isn’t just encouraged—it’s expected. 📍 Your current footprint includes:

Midland Gate (2 locations), Carousel, Rockingham, Joondalup, Karrinyup and Malaga

🔧 What you’ll be doing:

  • Coaching Store Leaders / Muli-Site Managers to own their results, lead their people, and grow their stores
  • Embedding strong team rhythms and holding others accountable through consistent in-store presence
  • Lifting team performance through Success Development Plans (SDPs) and goal clarity
  • Ensure all stores deliver consistent customer experiences aligned with company standards.
  • Activating Local Area Marketing (LAM) to connect with communities and drive foot traffic
  • Upholding compliance, visual standards, and operational excellence across all sites
  • Champion our culture and values every day.
