About the Role

We are seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our switchboard Design team in North Lakes.

This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your engineering career, gaining hands-on experience in switchboard design, project delivery, and technical development. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and designers, contributing to real projects from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of LV switchboards and control panels
• Prepare schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
• Support engineers with design calculations and documentation
• Learn to interpret client specifications and Australian Standards (AS/NZS)
• Assist with testing, commissioning, and project delivery activities
• Collaborate with internal teams, manufacturers, and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate design records and documentation

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (recent graduate or final year)
• Strong interest in electrical design and switchboard systems
• Basic knowledge of electrical principles and standards
• Exposure to AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar tools (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
