PALS is growing our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services and we’re looking for an experienced leader to take ownership of a small portfolio of SIL homes in Numurkah, with scope to support new homes as we expand.

The role

As Team Leader – SIL, you will:

    Lead day‑to‑day operations of an allocated portfolio of SIL homes (currently Numurkah) Provide hands‑on practice leadership to ensure safe, high‑quality, person‑centred support Own Rosters of Care and staff rosters so they reflect needs, funding and budgets Work closely with town‑based Team Leaders, Finance, Quality, HR and rostering Build strong relationships with participants, families, Support Coordinators and allied health

This is a senior frontline leadership role with real influence over how SIL is delivered.

 

About you

You have:

    Leadership experience in disability/community services – ideally SIL or other 24/7 residential settings Practical understanding of NDIS SIL and Rosters of Care Confidence managing rosters, staffing and day‑to‑day operational decisions The ability to balance participant outcomes, staff wellbeing, quality, safety and budget Clear, respectful communication and a calm, organised approach

 

You also bring (or are working towards):

    A relevant qualification (Disability, Community Services, Social Work, Allied Health or similar – Cert IV minimum; Diploma/Bachelor highly regarded) NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and a current driver’s licence
