Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with other departments to identify and resolve quality issues, and will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability
- Conduct regular audits of production processes to identify and resolve quality issues
- Work closely with other departments to identify and resolve quality issues
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and quality records
- Train employees on quality control procedures and ensure that they are followed
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Participate in the development of new products and services to ensure that quality standards are met
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and regulatory requirements
- Experience with quality management systems (e.g. SQF)
