The opportunity:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our expanding team! This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your administration skills while being part of a vibrant, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our team running smoothly. From organising and booking training sessions, coordinating onboarding for new employees, and maintaining accurate employee records, to drafting policies and documentation. You’ll also provide essential administrative and calendar support to our CEO, ensuring the office operates efficiently and effectively.
About your new role:
- Provide administration support as requested by CEO and the rest of Executive Management.
- Assisting with organising onboarding training of new team members.
- Diary management and organising internal meetings.
- Updating all internal documentation.
- Prepare and produce detailed reports, including Excel-based reporting and data analysis, to support team and management decisions.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating company policies, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Responding to emails from team members and external contacts.
- Assist with any office management tasks.
- Any other administration tasks as required.
About you:

- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).
- The ability to multi-task and complete work in a timely manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, and spreadsheet management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all tasks and communications

- Meticulous attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
