WHAT IS THE ROLE? As a result of continuing, steady growth we are seeking a dedicated, hardworking Operations Coordinator/Allocator to become a vital and permanent part of our team. This diverse role will have you supporting the sales and labour teams, as well as our customers whilst you develop and grow your knowledge of the products and services, we provide in the construction industry. KEY TASKS INCLUDE: Assist in scheduling daily transport requirements and tracking these using multiple systems Processing timesheets and daily job service dockets. Maintaining accurate and up to date contracts in our operating system Maintaining compliant and up to date customer files Working closely with the sales team to ascertain daily transport/labour requirements and maintain compliant files Communicating with customers to confirm transport/labour requirements and procure required hire documents General filing, administration and data entry tasks Maintaining up to date documentation in our equipment as directed by the labour team Ensuring equipment is certified and ready for hire, to meet utilisation and customer requirements and expectations. This will be someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has strong administration skills along with a passion for building great customer relationships and delivering exceptional support all round.
