The Role

PHSA are seeking a Team Leader in Sydney specifically working across New Employer Services.

The role of Team Leader within PHSA involves:

• Induction, training and mentoring of Rehabilitation Consultants  
• Selection, recruitment and retention of industry leading Rehabilitation Consultants
• Supporting Senior Operations Manager to ensure maintenance of daily operations in Quality, Performance, Productivity and retention of staff

Essential Criteria

• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs and meet SLAs, or demonstrated ability to support team members in achieving these
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and manage a competing workload
• Demonstrated core leadership qualities such as ability to mentor consultants, provide feedback and coaching
• Extensive knowledge of New Employer Services, Vocational Assessments and Psychological Same Employer Services
• Knowledge of psychological injury assessments and same employer return to work services post psychological injury
• Proven experience in the achievement of or driving RTW outcomes
• A genuine desire to support team members to be the best they can be in their role

Desirable Criteria

• 4-5 years’ experience working within workplace rehabilitation as a rehabilitation consultant – Rehabilitation Counsellor (Full ASORC) or Psychologist (Registered) or team leader with demonstrated leadership skills in the new employer and psychological same employer space.
• Experience in quality proofing of reports and strategic file reviews
