The Role
PHSA are seeking an experienced senior leader in occupational rehabilitation to manage our Victorian Operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead a talented team of consultants and team leaders to drive outcomes, quality servicing and develop high performing teams.
- Induction, training and mentoring of Team Leaders and Rehabilitation Consultants (Physical, Psychological and Vocational)
- Selection, recruitment and retention of industry leading Rehabilitation Consultants
- End to end management of Victorian based team members
- Supporting our General Management Team to ensure maintenance of daily operations in Quality, Performance, Productivity and retention of staff
- Oversee and implement strategies to ensure the team’s outcomes meet state scheme performance benchmarks
Essential Criteria
- AHRPA, ESSA, or ASORC membership/registration
- Minimum 7 years experience working across Worksafe VIC and TAC
- Minimum 5 years direct supervisory experience across OR service delivery
- In depth understanding of OES and NES service delivery
- Senior leadership / managerial experience
- Willingness to travel throughout Victoria to support our expanding OR Team
