Your Role

PHSA is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor to deliver vocational rehabilitation services to clientele across varying schemes including WorkCover QLD, Comcare and Life Insurance.

Core tasks of the role will include Vocational Assessments, Case Conferencing with treating health professionals, Job Skills Assessments, Work Readiness Preparation and working in partnership with PHSA Employment Placement Specialists to achieve work trial and job placement outcomes.

What You’ll Need

• Full ASORC membership
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in occupational rehabilitation
• Experience working within Different Employer Services, Wellbeing Services and experience completing Job Skills Assessments
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in clinical treatment or case management (or equivalent) highly regarded
• Have a current driver’s licence, motor vehicle and the ability to deliver face-to-face servicing as required
