Your Role

We’re on the lookout for a Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, EP, Physio, Osteo) to join our dynamic team. You’ll provide assessment, intervention, and case management services across a mix of schemes— Workers Compensation, CTP and Life Insurance.

Core tasks of the role include:

• Conducting single service assessments, functional capacity evaluations, worksite and ergonomic assessments
• Leading return-to-work case management, guiding clients every step of the way
• Being at the forefront of best-practice standards and innovative solutions for injury and disability management

What You’ll Need

• Full registration with AHPRA or ESSA
• Experience in occupational rehabilitation highly regarded
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• A current driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
• Confidence with Microsoft Office and electronic client record management
