The Role

PHSA are seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver assessment and treatment services to adults across a number of disability and personal injury schemes.  

The role will involve Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessments across a range of schemes including Workers Compensation, Comcare, Life Insurance, Dust Disease and Lifetime Care.

 

 

Requirements: 

  • Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated skills in ADL assessment, equipment prescription, minor home modifications and service coordination essential
  • Experience working with adults in NDIS, clinical, community or workplace rehabilitation setting preferred
  • Class C unrestricted drivers licence – access to own vehicle required
