The Role
PHSA is seeking a Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist (provisional or registered) to deliver vocational rehabilitation services to clientele across varying schemes including Life Insurance, Worksafe VIC; Comcare; and TAC.
Core tasks of the role will include Vocational Assessments and transferable skills analyses, case conferencing with treating health professionals, delivery of capacity building programs, work readiness preparation, job seeker education delivery, and working in partnership with PHSA Employment Placement Specialists to achieve work trial and job placement outcomes.
Requirements:

- Full membership with ASORC or AHPRA registration as a provisional or registered psychologist

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Minimum 2 years occupational rehabilitation experience
- Experience working across Worksafe VIC, Comcare and TAC ideal

- Current driver’s licence and access to own vehicle
