The role
Pressure Dynamics is seeking a motivated and experienced QA Manager to take ownership of the organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS) and play a key role in strengthening quality performance across the business. This role suits a quality professional who is confident managing day-to-day QA activities and is ready to take on broader responsibility and influence.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will work closely with operations, engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure products and processes consistently meet ISO 9001, regulatory, customer, and industry requirements. You will lead investigations into non-conformances and customer complaints, manage corrective and preventive actions, and support the embedding of quality principles throughout the full product and manufacturing lifecycle.
This is a hands-on role with visibility across the business, offering the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen supplier quality, and help foster a proactive quality culture. Your leadership will directly influence product reliability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence, helping Pressure Dynamics maintain its reputation for precision, innovation, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001.
- Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, statutory, and internal quality requirements.
- Plan and conduct internal audits, process reviews, and product inspections
- Lead investigations into non-conformances, incidents, and customer complaints, including root cause analysis and CAPA.
- Support process validation, change control, and first article inspections.
- Work collaboratively with operations, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues and reduce risk.
- Support supplier qualification, audits, performance monitoring, and improvement activities.
- Develop and deliver quality training and support employee understanding of quality standards and procedures.
- Monitor and analyse quality KPIs, trends, and data to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (essential).
- 3–5 years’ experience in a quality role within manufacturing, engineering, or a technical environment
- Solid working knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems
- Experience conducting audits, managing non-conformances, and implementing CAPA
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Practical, detail-focused, and committed to continuous improvement
