Managing over $67 billion in funds under administration for leading institutions, private wealth firms and financial advisers, we deliver innovative technology and exceptional service to our clients.

We are committed to empowering advisers to run better businesses and deliver better client outcomes. Join us as we continue to redefine wealth management in Australia.

The Role

As a result of continued national growth, we are seeking an experienced Training & Relationship Manager to join our Distribution team.

This is a senior, client-facing role focused primarily on the IFA (retail advice) market, with additional exposure to private wealth and wholesale segments.

Working closely with Key Account Managers, you will play a critical role in enabling advisers to confidently adopt, embed and advocate for Praemium as their platform partner.

You will lead high-impact onboarding and training across investment and superannuation solutions, while building trusted relationships that drive long-term adviser confidence, advocacy and retention.

This is not a support role — it is a strategic position requiring strong commercial acumen, credibility and the ability to influence outcomes through expertise and trust.

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead onboarding and enablement of new IFA clients, ensuring seamless transitions onto the platform

·         Deliver tailored, high-impact training across investment and superannuation use cases

·         Translate platform functionality into practical, outcome-focused guidance for advisers

·         Build and maintain trusted relationships with IFA practices and key stakeholders

·         Identify opportunities to drive adviser growth, retention and platform adoption

·         Act as a senior escalation point, demonstrating sound judgement and ownership

·         Partner closely with Key Account Managers to support growth and retention objectives

·         Contribute adviser insights to internal teams to improve client experience and outcomes

·         Maintain accurate CRM records and engagement insights

·         Lead onboarding, transition and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You are a credible, commercially aware professional with strong experience in financial advice environments, particularly within the IFA market.

You bring confidence, sound judgement and the ability to build trust with advisers at all levels of sophistication.

You will have:

·         RG146 (completed or in progress)

·         3+ years’ experience in a senior client-facing role within financial advice, ideally IFA environments

·         Experience working with investment platforms, managed accounts and superannuation solutions

·         Demonstrated ability to deliver training or presentations to external clients

·         Strong understanding of investment and superannuation advice models (including SMSFs)

·         Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills

·         A disciplined, self-directed and outcome-focused approach

·         High emotional intelligence and a strong sense of ownership

·         Exposure to private wealth or wholesale advice segments will be highly regarded.

What We Offer

·         Flexible hybrid work environment

·         Competitive salary with performance incentives

·         Comprehensive leave benefits, including paid parental leave for mums and dads

·         Access to financial wellbeing initiatives and novated leasing

·         Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities

·         Access to hundreds of courses of your choice via our learning management system

·         Modern office located on Collins Street with end of trip facilities
