The Role
We are seeking a versatile Assurance professional to join our technology team. This hands-on role blends process improvement, testing, and product compliance to support the reliability of systems, hardware products, and platforms. The candidate would require understanding of compliance in various industries in order to meet regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Clear understanding of standards appropriate to the products’ need (both software and physical hardware) and assist with the documentation of processes and operating procedures
- Implement statistical methodologies and tools to monitor and control quality to satisfy internal and external customer requirements
- Risk identification – ensure compliance with industry regulations such as ISO 27001 and implement new systems and standards where identified
- Document and report – maintain complaint and non-conformance processes through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to verify compliance
- Scripting or programming experience is beneficial

Qualifications
- Applicants from scientific, engineering, or technology-related backgrounds are encouraged
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or similar)
