The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Development Associate to join our Distribution team in Sydney.
This is a critical support role that sits at the intersection of sales support, adviser servicing, administration and internal coordination. You’ll play a key role in enabling our New Business Managers (NBMs) to focus on strategic growth, while ensuring advisers receive a seamless, responsive and professional experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll act as the operational backbone of the New Business team, including:
- Coordinating adviser meetings, webinars and events
- Supporting outbound activity and campaign execution
- Preparing presentations, meeting materials and follow-ups
- Managing adviser enquiries and providing timely, accurate information
- Maintaining CRM records and supporting pipeline reporting
- Assisting advisers with onboarding, access and platform queries
- Coordinating roadshows, PD days and industry events
- Liaising with internal teams (product, marketing, operations, compliance) to deliver a seamless adviser experience
What You Bring
- Experience in a client service, sales support, or coordination role
- Exposure to financial services, platforms, superannuation or advice (preferred)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- A collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships
