Powerhouse Solar is seeking a skilled and motivated telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The Candidate:
As the ideal candidate, you embrace challenges, have a positive outlook on life, and are driven to achieve goals. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, and you are ready to take on the next challenge. You are excited about our mission, appreciating the dynamic nature of the role. This is a Casual role, with potential to leading to full time. 30hours a week, with flexibility regarding hours of work.
The Role:
– Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to pitch our products.
– Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
– Maintain a high volume of calls to meet daily targets.
– Handle customer objections and provide solutions.
– Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM software.
You will have:
– Proven experience in telemarketing or sales role
– Excellent verbal communication skills
– Persuasive and persistent approach
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
