Enrolled Nurse – Community | Southern Suburbs

We’re not your typical healthcare provider and this isn’t your typical nursing role.

We’re currently seeking Enrolled Nurses based in or willing to work across Adelaide’s Southern Suburbs to join our growing Community Care team.

About the Role

You’ll be providing care to clients in their homes across the Southern Suburbs, working independently while remaining well-supported by our team.

What your day might look like:

• Medication administration, and wound management, clinical assessments and personal care

• Building real connections with the people you care for

• Supporting health needs with confidence, knowledge, and empathy

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for nurses who are:

• Confident, independent, and clinically capable

• Excellent communicators, both written and verbal

• Passionate about delivering high-quality, care

• Comfortable working in community

You’ll need:

• A current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse

• Diploma of Nursing qualification

• At least 1 year of nursing experience

• National Police Clearance

• Unrestricted South Australian Driver’s License

• Working with Children and NDIS clearances

• Valid manual handling, first aid, and CPR certificates

• Proof of COVID-19 and flu vaccinations
