Education and Experience
• Relevant claims management experience in a broking/insurance environment
*** Strong technical knowledge in Commercial Classes – ISR, Business Interruption, Liability – management/public/cyber/professional indemnity
• Previous experience leading/managing the performance of a team; setting goals, providing ongoing feedback and conducting performance reviews
• Successful track record in dealing with leadership personnel and a broad range of internal stakeholders
• Tertiary qualification in a business related discipline (preferable but not essential).
