About the Role
Reporting to the Quality and Safety Manager, the purpose of the Warranty Coordinator is to take ownership and accountability for the planning, coordination and execution of warranty projects and in-field activities. This role will oversee homeowner and builder satisfaction through
- Managing, answering and directing all incoming communication in a professional and timely manner
- Assessing and determining claim eligibility based on contract terms, coverage entitlements and business processes
- Balancing customer expectations with business objectives by managing warranty outcomes within approved budgets, all while maintaining positive customer relationships and
delivering fair and practical resolutions
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on desired business and customer outcomes
- Additional ad hoc tasks as required
About you
To be successful in this role you will have
- Previous experience in a similar customer service focused role, preferably gained within the residential pool, insurance or related industry (essential)
- Computer literacy (MS Office Suite, HubSpot, iAuditor, Smart Sheets
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction and manufacturing processes and operational procedures
