The role of the Personal and Team Assistant is to provide high quality secretarial and general administrative support to 3 Executive Directors and the Audit team. This role offers plenty of variety and requires secretarial and ideally professional services industry knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing high level assistance to the Executive Directors on a daily basis with regards to all administrative and general requirements with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Extensive Diary and Email Management for the Executive Directors.
  • Manage the travel portfolios for the Executive Directors and organise travel and accommodation for the Audit Division as required.
  • Coordinate all requirements for the Executive Director and Business Development meetings including attendance and minute taking as required.
  • Prepare all correspondence including general correspondence, proposals and presentations for the Audit Division.

The minimum requirements to be considered for this role are:

• be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia.

• have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar role.

• have intermediate experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
