About the Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Executive Manager, Corporate Services based in South Hedland or Karratha to lead our corporate functions and ensure the organisation operates efficiently, sustainably, and in alignment with our mission.

As a key member of the Executive Team, you will provide leadership across corporate services including administration, client service systems, finance and governance coordination, people and culture support, IT, fleet, facilities, and organisational operations.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure high-quality internal systems that support frontline service delivery across a geographically dispersed region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the administrative and corporate services team, including:
  • Finance & Governance Coordinator
  • People & Culture Coordinator
  • Client Engagement Officer
  • Corporate Services Officers (x2)
  • Oversee client engagement systems including referrals, intake, and enquiry management to ensure accessible and responsive services
  • Provide oversight of finance and governance functions including budgeting, reporting, and compliance processes
  • Lead organisational administration including mailbox management, travel coordination, fleet management, and meeting governance
  • Oversee IT systems, data integrity, document control, and continuous system improvement
  • Ensure effective facilities, procurement, and WHS practices across all locations
  • Contribute to strategic planning and organisational leadership as part of the Executive Team

 

About You

You are an experienced and collaborative leader who brings both strategic thinking and operational capability. You are comfortable working across multiple functions and thrive in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in corporate services, operations, or business management at a senior level
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop multidisciplinary teams
  • Sound financial literacy, with experience supporting budgeting, reporting, and resource management (a background and/or qualification in finance is highly desirable)
  • Experience overseeing administration, systems, and organisational operations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving capability
  • Cultural competency and a commitment to working with diverse communities

This role requires:

  • A current WA Driver’s Licence
  • National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Capacity to travel across the Pilbara, including overnight stays
