We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our Wangaratta store. If you love retail, leadership, and of course, animals, this could be your next career move!
What You’ll Do:
Lead day-to-day store operations, driving high standards in customer service, merchandising, and store presentation
Coach, mentor, and develop your team to deliver outstanding results
Monitor inventory, manage orders, and ensure optimal stock levels
Oversee rostering, wages, and operational budgets
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations
Build strong relationships with customers and represent the Pets Domain brand in the local community
About You:
Proven retail management experience (2+ years preferred)
Strong leadership and team development skills
Commercial savvy – budgets, stock, and wages are your friends
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Results-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented
Forklift licence is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
