About the role

InOne Healthcare (InOne Imaging) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Receptionist – Imaging to join our brand-new clinic in Melbourne’s western suburbs. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and providing a seamless front-of-house experience within a supportive and growing healthcare team.

You will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations across our imaging services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule imaging appointments in line with clinical requirements
• Process imaging referrals and maintain accurate, confidential patient records
• Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism
• Provide clear preparation instructions for imaging procedures
• Support billing processes, including Medicare and private payments
• Liaise with radiologists, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and clinic procedures

About You

• Previous experience in a reception or healthcare administration role (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• A professional, patient-centred approach Understanding of healthcare compliance, NDIS, or aged care (desirable)

Requirements:

• Full working rights in Australia
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• COVID-19 vaccination (as required)
