About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational that will play a vital role in supporting clients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. This role involves assessing individual needs, designing and implementing tailored interventions, and collaborating closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. You will combine your clinical expertise with strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver effective, evidence-based care while contributing to the growth and success of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop customised treatment plans based on the client presentations, diagnosis and their goals.
  • Educate patients, carers and families about child’s development, fine and gross motor skills, self-care interventions and strategies for sensory regulation.
  • Monitor patients’ progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide ongoing care to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with regulatory standards.

About You

You are a professional who is:

  • Experience as an Occupational therapist
  • Minimum of Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Current registration as an occupational therapist with Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA)
  • Analytical, organised, and strategic in your approach
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and influencing outcomes
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, target-driven, or regulated environments
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous improvement
