About the Role
At InOne Healthcare (InOne Imaging), we’re committed to delivering exceptional diagnostic services and building strong partnerships across the healthcare community. We’re looking for a Medical Imaging Liaison Officer who is proactive, relationship-driven and commercially minded professional to join our team and play a key role in expanding and establishing our referral network and enhancing client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with referrers, including GPs, radiologist and imaging specialists, and allied health professionals, promoting InOne Healthcare (InOne Imaging) Imaging’s services
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow our radiology referral base
- Deliver outstanding service and ongoing support to existing clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders to plan and execute targeted growth and engagement strategies
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and referral patterns to drive business development initiatives
- Contribute to the development of new services and continuous improvement of existing offerings
About You
You are a professional who has:
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging a broad range of stakeholders commercially minded, with a track record of identifying and converting
growth opportunities
- Strong understanding of the healthcare or medical imaging landscape, including industry trends and standards
