ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team, supporting marketing initiatives across the Group with a primary focus on insignia. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this role is responsible for delivering impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and commercial outcomes.

 

This is a hands-on, autonomous role suited to a confident marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. You will act as the on-the-ground marketing presence in Brisbane while contributing to broader Group marketing programs across content, digital, email, and events. This role may also be based in Victoria for the right candidate.

 

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, content, and events
  • Manage marketing projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met
  • Lead marketing support for insignia while contributing to Group-wide initiatives
  • Drive digital marketing performance across SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, and email channels, optimising for traffic and conversion
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets
  • Implement lead generation and nurturing strategies using segmentation, targeted messaging, and marketing automation tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple businesses to ensure alignment and consistent brand execution
  • Partner with sales teams to support Sales Enablement and Account-Based Marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and internal events, managing logistics and maximising ROI
  • Manage partner and vendor marketing programs and relationships
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, providing insights to support strategic decisions
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and communications
  • Support content creation across websites, campaigns, and digital platforms using modern tools, including AI-assisted solutions
  • Track campaign performance, report on results, and monitor budget expenditure

 

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

  • 3+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing role
  • Experience in multi-brand or group environments highly regarded
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a standalone or remote capacity
  • Strong hands-on experience across digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM, social, display, email)
  • Demonstrated project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Experience with CRM, CMS, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong content development and campaign execution capabilities
  • Design tool experience (Canva, InDesign, Illustrator) preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience supporting sales teams through Sales Enablement or ABM initiatives
  • Event and trade show coordination experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
