About the role

As an Internal Sales & Accounts Coordinator, you will connect with existing customers through outbound calls to uncover new business opportunities, manage our pipeline to successfully close deals, and keep our CRM up to date for seamless service delivery.
Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, this role will work within our sales team to analyse account information and implement key activities to drive growth, whilst providing exceptional customer service.
Based in either Knoxfield VIC or Wakerley QLD, this role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Conduct scheduled outbound calls to existing customers to secure new business opportunities.
- Manage pipeline to close out all opportunities.
- Gather and analyse account information and purchasing patterns to tailor sales strategies effectively.
- Consistently uphold high standards of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
About you
- Experience in a sales or customer service role
- Experience in working with client database systems and MS Office applications
- Values great communication and effective time management
- Be able to work well within the team as well as autonomously.
- Ability to learn product knowledge and good organisation skills
- Results orientated and experience working with KPIs and Sales Target. A friendly competitive nature would be advantageous
