Sales Enablement Lead

RevOps is the engine behind our growth and the crew making everything work behind the scenes. They connect sales, marketing, and customer success, smooth out the clunky bits, and turn scattered data into clear next steps. Less silos, more flow.

The Sales Enablement Lead will help drive revenue growth by enabling and uplifting our sales teams and deepening our strategic engagement with our vendors. This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who knows how to take new products and build sales capability.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with BDMs, AMs and BDRs on active opportunities, shaping deal structure, pricing and value positioning to improve win rates.
  • Support customer conversations on mid-market and enterprise deals, providing deal-by-deal guidance on how to progress and close opportunities.
  • Help reps identify expansion potential within existing accounts and structure effective upsell and cross-sell conversations.
  • Build practical sales tools including proposal templates, commercial models and leave-behind materials that reps can use independently.
  • Audit and improve the end-to-end sales process, including identifying where teams should cross-sell and documenting a clear upsell playbook.
  • Create repeatable enablement assets such as battle cards, competitor comparisons, pricing and rate conversation guides, and segment-specific pitches.
  • Own and strengthen the day-to-day relationship with the primary FX vendor, including joint planning, co-sell activity, deal support and commercial negotiations.
  • Design and deliver training programs, deal clinics, competency assessments and onboarding resources, using rep confidence and conversion data to refine the approach over time.

About You

  • 5+ years in payments, or financial services in a sales, dealing, or commercial role
  • Direct experience with FX pricing, margin structures, and rate conversations with business customers would be useful but not mandatory
  • A track record of making sales teams better, whether through coaching, process improvement, or direct deal support
  • Experience managing or deeply engaging with an external vendor or financial institution partner
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across a fast-moving commercial team
  • Comfortable operating without a personal revenue target while still being deeply outcome-oriented

We know not everyone will meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If you’re excited about the role and believe you can make an impact, we’re keen to hear from you.

A few more things…

Successful candidates joining the team will need to complete a National Police Record Check.

Candidates who require adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process are encouraged to let us know. We’re happy to support you.

We’re committed to an inclusive and diverse recruitment process where everyone feels respected and supported. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, identities and abilities and ensure fair, equitable consideration at every stage.
