We’re growing fast and looking for an Outsourced Payroll Specialist who loves the juggle of multiple clients, knows their way around Modern Awards, and takes pride in work that actually matters.

What you’ll be doing

  • End to end payroll processing across multiple clients and industries

  • Wages, super, tax, allowances, terminations, the works

  • Keeping compliant with Modern Awards and the NES

  • Onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records

  • Client reporting and spotting compliance risks before they become problems

What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated experience in payroll 

  • Experience juggling multiple pay runs at once

  • Solid knowledge of Modern Awards and Aussie payroll legislation

  • Employment Hero/KeyPay experience is a bonus

  • Sharp eye for detail, strong communicator, client focused mindset
