What You’ll Do 

The Data and Reporting Officer supports the Data Lead in delivering accurate, timely reports that drive strategic decisions, compliance, and better outcomes for vulnerable children and youth. Based in Midland, you’ll handle data collection, analysis, quality assurance, CMS optimisation, and staff training. You’ll transform raw data into actionable insights, ensure compliance with governance standards, troubleshoot systems, and mentor teams – keeping our services data-driven and effective.  

This is a full time (1.0FTE) role based in Midland, on a fixed term basis until August 2027. 

About You  

You are a detail-oriented data professional passionate about using insights to create impact. You thrive in collaborative settings, communicate complex info simply, and excel at problem-solving under deadlines. Comfortable with CMS tools and analytics, you prioritise accuracy, stakeholder needs, and continuous improvement while upholding data security in a mission driven environment.  

In order to be successful for this role, the applicant will have:  

• Degree in Business, Data Analysis, Computer Science (or equivalent experience) 

• CMS proficiency for reports/dashboards; advanced Excel; process mapping/workflow 

• Strong analytical skills to validate data and support therapeutic teams 

• Excellent communication for training/mentoring; ability to prioritise in fast paced settings.
