The Role As Head of People and Client Experience, you will: Oversee the delivery of financial advice services, ensuring clients are completely satisfied and their experience is seamless. Lead and manage staff, supporting their development and aligning their goals with the business vision. Champion our values and culture, ensuring every team member feels engaged and connected. Drive operational efficiencies and business growth, working closely with the management team. Manage HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and staff wellbeing. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams, promoting a high-performance culture. What Makes You a Great Fit?
