Location: Sydney (Hybrid) or Melbourne (Hybrid)

Full-time | Fixed-term contract until 31 January 2027

Raising Children Network is seeking an experienced Senior Project Officer, Web Production to join our team on a fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys leading web projects, solving complex problems and seeing work through from concept to completion.

About the Role

Reporting to the Web Producer within the Raising Children Network team, the Senior Project Officer, Web Production plays a key role in driving web production, innovation and website performance for raisingchildren.net.au.

This full-time, fixed-term, hybrid role runs until 31 January 2027 and is well suited to someone who excels at driving deliverables, collaborating with others to produce great digital experiences/products and the opportunity to contribute quickly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and delivering web production and technical projects

• Identifying and driving website improvements and innovation

• Managing CMS maintenance, upgrades and site issues

• Coordinating testing, content uploads and quality assurance

• Monitoring website performance and preparing reports using analytics tools

• Managing monthly newsletters and one-off alerts

• Overseeing translated content and accessibility-related projects

• Providing managerial guidance and oversight of a Digital Project Officer (part-time)

• Working closely with internal teams, developers and external partners

About You

You’re an experienced digital or web professional who enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on delivery. You’re confident managing projects, working collaboratively, and producing high-quality outcomes within defined timeframes.

You will bring:

• A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Communications, Social Sciences or ICT)

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar web or digital role

• Strong experience with content management systems

• A user-centred approach to web production and design

• Proven experience delivering projects on time and to a high standard

• Experience managing small teams or project contributors

• Sound knowledge of HTML and digital production processes

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

• High-level skills in Microsoft and relevant Adobe applications

Experience in family and parenting content or photo-editing software is desirable but not essential.
