Parcel Perform is looking for a talented Technical Partnership Manager to be the single, trusted interface between our Carrier Integration engineering teams and the external world. WE NEED YOU ON OUR TEAM!

  • As a Technical Partnership Manager, you will serve as the single, customer-facing point of contact for all technical discussions related to carrier and customer integrations. You will own and simplify how we engage externally — replacing fragmented, multi-person touchpoints with one authoritative, trusted voice.
  • You will be at the center of our core integration domains: Carrier Tracking, Booking, and Collection Point integrations, as well as Master Data management for tracking and collection points. This means joining calls with external technical teams, verifying documentation, clarifying requirements, and aligning on configurations to ensure integrations are executed smoothly and on time.
  • You will also act as the external liaison for more specialized technical capabilities — such as automated carrier data retrieval solutions — working with carrier counterparts to unblock, align, and maintain reliable data flows.
  • Operating in this role means mastering a broad landscape of integration workflows, business priorities, and partner dynamics. You will need to balance technical depth with strategic judgment — knowing not only how to integrate, but whether an integration makes sense for the business.
  • This is a role for someone who wants to be a strategic owner, not just a coordinator. You will represent Parcel Perform’s integration strategy outwardly, provide a business lens on all partnership decisions, and have the authority to decline integrations that do not align with our goals.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ALONG!

Must-have Requirements:

  • Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to simplify complex technical discussions for diverse audiences — from engineers to business stakeholders.
  • Technical Foundation: Strong understanding of integration concepts, APIs, and system communication protocols — enough to engage confidently with technical counterparts from carriers, customers, and partners.
  • Integration Experience: Hands-on experience managing or coordinating technical integrations — including documentation review, configuration discussions, and issue resolution with external technical teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Comfortable owning external relationships end-to-end, including running calls, managing follow-ups, and driving outcomes without requiring escalation.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate integration requests through a strategic business lens — understanding trade-offs, alignment with company goals, and long-term impact.

Nice-to-have Requirements:

  • Logistics & E-commerce Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the e-commerce or logistics industry, including carrier ecosystems, shipment tracking, booking flows, collection point networks, or delivery experience platforms.
  • Process Orientation: Experience building or improving integration workflows, playbooks, or communication frameworks to scale partnership operations.
  • Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with API documentation tools, project management platforms, or CRM systems used in a technical partnership context.
  • Technical Background: Prior experience in a software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role is a strong plus.
