Are you great with numbers and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once? Parcel Perform is currently looking for a Finance Executive to support our Finance efforts across all offices. Reporting to the Senior Financial Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance operations of the business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Perform bookkeeping and accounting activities across all our subsidiaries in Singapore, Vietnam, Germany and the United States
- Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing of accounts, including posting of journal entries and preparation of reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking, as well as identifying and driving process improvements
- Assist in preparation of management reports and financial analysis as required
- Support external audit processes and preparation of statutory and tax returns
- Handle ad-hoc Finance queries and reporting requests from internal stakeholders
- Work closely with Sales and other Commercial teams to ensure accurate invoicing and reporting. Your ability to communicate effectively with these stakeholders will be critical to your success
- Assist with administrative and HR-related tasks as and when required to support overall business operations
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance and/or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of finance-related experience
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets/Google Slides skills. Familiarity with Xero accounting software is preferred but not a must.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
- Highly meticulous and self-motivated with strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
- Ability to critically assess and validate financial information, particularly where data is incomplete or inconsistent, and proactively coordinate with stakeholders to resolve identified gaps and ensure accuracy and compliance with internal requirements
- Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
