Warranty Clerk
Maroochydore GWM & Renault | Pacific Gympie
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Warranty Clerk to join our warranty team, supporting Maroochydore GWM & Renault and Pacific Gympie. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant warranty claim processing across multiple manufacturers.
The successful candidate will be detail-focused, organised, and confident working across service, parts, and manufacturer portals to minimise claim rejections and aged Repair Orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, submit, and reconcile manufacturer warranty claims within required timeframes
- Review Repair Orders to ensure all supporting documentation is complete (labour, parts, photos, technician notes, recalls)
- Liaise with Service Advisers, Technicians, Parts, and external manufacturer representatives
- Monitor and follow up pending, rejected, or queried warranty claims
- Maintain accurate records and reporting of warranty submissions and recoveries
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and internal procedures
About You
- Proven experience as a Warranty Clerk in an automotive dealership (essential)
- Strong understanding of OEM warranty processes and audit requirements
- High attention to detail with strong administrative and organisational skills
- Confident using dealership management systems (e.g. Pentana, Era Power or similar)
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced service environment
- Professional communication skills and a collaborative approach
