Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Service Adviser to join our team at Kunda Park (Maroochydore).
About the Role
As a Service Adviser, you will be the key point of contact between our customers and workshop team. You will help ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Greeting customers and booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs
+ Communicating with technicians regarding vehicle work required
+ Preparing quotes and explaining service recommendations to customers
+ Managing repair orders and ensuring accurate documentation
+ Coordinating workflow between the workshop and customers
+ Following up customers and ensuring a positive service experience
About You
Experience as a Service Adviser is desirable but not essential. We are willing to train the right person who has the right attitude and strong customer service skills.
You will ideally have:
+ Strong communication and organisational skills
+ A friendly and professional approach with customers
+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
+ Good computer skills and attention to detail
+ A strong work ethic and positive team attitude
+ Automotive experience is an advantage but not mandatory
