Maroochydore GWM & Renault is part of the Pacific Hyundai Automotive Group, a rapidly expanding multi-site dealership committed to quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced Accessory Fitter to join our workshop team and support the delivery of high-quality vehicle enhancements for both new and used vehicles.
About the Role
As an Accessory Fitter, you will be responsible for fitting a wide range of automotive accessories with precision and care. You will work closely with our Service, Sales and Pre-Delivery teams to ensure all vehicles are prepared to the highest standard before delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Fit automotive accessories including tow bars, bull bars, canopies, roof racks, electrical accessories and protective equipment
- Perform light mechanical and electrical installation work
- Assist with pre-delivery preparation of new and used vehicles
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership procedures
- Maintain high workshop standards for safety, quality and cleanliness
- Work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
About You
- Previous experience as an accessory fitter or light mechanic (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to interpret fitting instructions and diagrams
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Current driver’s licence (mandatory)
- Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering excellent customer outcomes
