About the role
We’re looking for a Part-Time Snr Chef de Partie to join the team, working Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
From prepping, cooking, plating and contributing to a menu and service that’s focused and consistent.
You will:
- Execute dishes with precision and consistency
- Keep your section clean, organised and ready for service
- Work closely with the Head Chef, small kitchen Team and wider Cafe team
- Support a smooth flow between the kitchen and the front of house
- Bring focus and positive energy to every shift

About you
You’re a chef who takes pride in your work. You care about what leaves the pass and how it reflects on the team.
You bring:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi chef ready to step up
- Solid cooking fundamentals across multiple sections
- Attention to detail in prep and plating
- A calm, reliable presence during busy service
- A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
- Passion for food, coffee and working as part of a team
You’re the kind of person who:
- Keeps standards high, especially when it’s busy (integrity is everything)
- Communicates clearly and recognises that teamwork makes for dream work!
- Supports the team without being asked
- Takes ownership of your section and duties
- Brings creativity and a willingness to try new things.
