Housekeeping, Public Areas, Room Attendants EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are seeking dedicated Housekeeping Attendants and Public Areas Attendants to join our team in Narooma, New South Wales. In this casual contract role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our hospitality facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will contribute significantly to our reputation in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Change bed linens and towels, and replenish guest supplies as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored safely and correctly.
• Assist in the laundry process, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
