MRT is expanding nationally and we’re now seeking a driven, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Wetherill Park showroom. This role is ideal for someone who understands structured sales processes, closing face-to-face deals, managing customer journeys and hitting targets — without the late nights or Sunday trading.

The Opportunity

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers from first enquiry through to sale completion. This is a consultative, solution-based sales role with a strong showroom presence.

Your day will include:

  • Welcoming customers into the MRT showroom and guiding them through tailored vehicle solutions
  • Managing inbound enquiries (walk-in, phone, email, web & live chat)
  • Building rapport quickly and confidently — just like a dealership environment
  • Closing sales face-to-face and over the phone
  • Preparing quotes, processing deposits and invoices
  • Maintaining CRM accuracy and customer follow-up
  • Meeting weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Providing exceptional after-sales service to drive repeat business

This Role Is Perfect For You If You Have:

  • Car sales or dealership experience (new or used vehicles, finance, accessories or fleet)
  • A proven ability to close face-to-face sales
  • Confidence working to KPIs and sales targets
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset
  • Basic computer literacy and attention to detail

Best Yet if you have …

  • automotive accessories, 4WD, fleet or trade sales
  • an understanding of the range of accessories available on the market currently for 4WD’s.
  • and/or some 4WD driving or touring experience within Australia.
