This is a great opportunity for an experienced Manager, to lead on strategy, execution and team leadership while driving growth and providing our customers with the best customer service experience possible.
Well established, MRT designs & manufactures its own range of purpose-built aluminium canopies, toolboxes, trays, and aftermarket accessories. As a leading brand name in Australia with branches nationwide, we supply to the trade, camping & leisure markets.
The role
Based in our modern Perth store at Bibra Lake.
- Our branches, comprise of a Retail Showroom, Warehouse (stock management) and Installation Bays for our technicians. Your job is to Lead, manage, and support the Retail store, from sales at the front of house to stock supply and install technicians at back of house.
- Ensuring a seamless, positive customer experience from sales enquiry through to end process of product collection or installation
- Drive each departments productivity to achieve set performance targets
- Cultivate and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring the correct operation of tools and specialised equipment, adhering to OSH standards is maintained
- Coach, drive, and performance-manage staff, creating a collaborative team environment and supportive work culture to ensure retention and development within the branch
- Be the lead in fostering a positive team culture and excellent working environment, with a hand-on approach to supporting and driving excellence
Skills & Experience
- Proven management experience ideally within auto aftermarket or allied auto field
- A passion for anything automotive or 4wd is essential
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer experience
- Ability to problem solve, work well under pressure, and execute excellent time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication and sound computer literacy
- Operate with a high level of Integrity and lead by example
- Professional presentation
