As we continue to grow, we are seeking an
experienced and driven Supervisor – Supply Chain to coordinate our
sales, procurement, inventory, and logistics functions.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Managers, the Supervisor
– Supply Chain will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end sales and
supply chain activities, ensuring materials, services, and equipment are
delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to production schedules.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited
to someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
·Support development and
implementation of supply chain processes and improvements
·Coordinate sales, purchasing,
inventory and logistics functions
·Manage day-to-day supply chain
activities, ensuring materials and services are delivered in line with
operational requirements
·Manage supplier relationships,
including contracts and supplier performance reviews
·Negotiate pricing, terms, and
service agreements
·Support MRP planning and
maintain system data (e.g. min/max levels, reorder points) to improve
purchasing and inventory control
·Monitor stock levels, optimise
inventory turns, and reduce working capital
·Identify and mitigate supply
chain risks
·Drive continuous improvement
initiatives across procurement and stores
·Supervise and support
purchasing and warehouse personnel
·Ensure compliance with company
policies and WHS requirements
About You
·Background in exploration
drilling or related industries preferred but not essential
·Familiarity with Ox Engineering
products would be an advantage
·5+ years’ experience in a
Supply Chain or Procurement leadership role
·Background in manufacturing,
fabrication, or engineering environments
·Strong commercial and
negotiation skills
·Experience with Epicor/Kinetic
ERP/MRP systems preferred but not essential
·Proven ability to manage
suppliers, purchasing, stores, sales and improve supply/stock production performance
·Strong analytical and reporting
capability
·Excellent leadership and
communication skills
·High attention to detail and
organisational skills
