At OC Real Estate, we’re seeking an experienced Sales Administration Team Leader, to oversee and inspire our sales administration team, ensuring our processes run seamlessly and our agents experience excellence at every touchpoint. No two days will be the same – one moment you’ll be coaching your team, the next you’ll be refining processes, all to enhance performance and deliver seamless service.
This is a full-time role, primarily based at our Eastwood office, with flexibility to support a work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and coordinate daily Sales Administration operations, allocating workload, managing leave cover and offshore support to meet deadlines.
- Coach, onboard and support team members through regular check-ins, feedback and development conversations.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance and quality across contracts, documentation and marketing materials.
- Act as the primary escalation point for admin queries, identifying inefficiencies and supporting process improvements.
- Provide hands-on administrative support to a select number of Property Consultants, modelling best practice execution.
What we’re looking for:
- To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
- Previous experience in Sales Administration & Real Estate (essential)
- Leadership experience (desirable)
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
- Database management experience (CRM)
