We are seeking a highly organised and people-focused People & Culture Administrator to join our team on a permanent part time basis at our Eastwood office.
This role provides high-quality administrative and coordination support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth, compliant, and people-first operations.
Working closely with our P&C team and employees across the business, you will deliver timely, accurate, and confidential support while helping create a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment: post roles, screen applications, coordinate interviews
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and employment documentation
- Support probation, performance, and employee lifecycle processes
- Assist with engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, and internal events
- Be the first point of contact for general P&C enquiries
- Support WHS practices and participate in community initiatives
About You
You are organised, approachable, and genuinely enjoy helping people. You bring strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering accurate, confidential work.
You will also have:
- Experience in an HR/P&C administrative role and/or tertiary study in Human Resources, Business, or similar (completed or in progress)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- A proactive, team-first mindset
