At OC Real Estate, we’re seeking an experienced Administration Manager for our Property Management Department, to lead and inspire our administration team, ensuring our processes run seamlessly and our clients experience excellence at every touchpoint. No two days will be the same – one moment you’ll be coaching your team, the next you’ll be refining processes, all to enhance performance and deliver seamless service. The location for this role can be flexible.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee daily workflows, set clear expectations, and maintain quality standards.
- Design onboarding and continuous training programs that build skills, confidence, and career pathways.
- Refine workflows and introduce efficiency improvements to support our Property Management teams.
- Connect Property Management with the admin team, turning business needs into clear actions & ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Foster a motivated, high-performing team through regular coaching, feedback, and team initiatives.
- Identify and resolve potential service challenges to protect team performance and client outcomes.
- Share insights on trends, team capacity, and opportunities to scale support as the business expands
What We’re Looking For:
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
- Administration and customer service experience (real estate industry desirable)
- Leadership experience (desirable)
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience working with a CRM system (desirable)
