We are seeking a Recruitment Virtual Assistant to support our hiring processes within the recruitment consultancy industry. This remote position involves managing candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and assisting with various recruitment tasks. Responsibilities:

  • Manage candidate communications via email and phone, ensuring timely responses and a positive candidate experience.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, coordinating availability and logistics.
  • Assist in the preparation of recruitment materials, including job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and interview feedback.
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess qualifications and fit for roles.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a recruitment or administrative role, preferably within a consultancy environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
